Bio

Hi, I’m Kylie!

I’d like to refer to myself as someone suffering from some serious wanderlust and a constant hunger to see the world. If this sounds familiar to you, then you are in the right place! Let’s see what else we have in common:

I’ve been practicing photography for six years – specializing in nature and portrait shots:

Nature photography has stood out to me in a meaningful way ever since I started my photography experience. My journey started with simple, ipad mini pictures of my backyard (trust me they were what you would expect from a twelve year old). Even though those pictures will most likely never be shared, my poor quality photos kickstarted something so much bigger for me. Over the past few years I have invested time and money into improving my skills in order to become a better photographer. The impact nature has on me can be explained in one morning in Costa Rica:

Each morning in Costa Rica presented the perfect moment to exercise my affection for capturing what I could see, so I woke up early afraid that I could miss something amazing. Pacing along the train tracks is where I experienced nature at its purest state, no car horns and no loud voices- just the beauty of nature as every organism woke up to the rising of the sun. The early Costa Rica morning epitomized my adventurous and curious side as I hiked down the trails of Costa Rica, capturing photos in my mind along the way. I truly believe the intimate connection with nature is the most fulfilling feeling.

In addition to nature images, I recently undertook portrait photography and have successfully completed senior pictures, family sessions, and event photography. Many clients express their praise which can be seen here.

I am twenty years old and I am based in Norfolk, MA:

I am open to driving to you! Usually I work within the towns of Norfolk, Wrentham, Plainville and surrounding towns, but if you are further away, feel free to contact me and we can work something out!
